Created in 2006, the Sunshine Holiday Group (SHG) was an audacious venture from El Mouradi Group of Hotels, major shareholder in Sunshine Holiday Group.

El Mouradi Hotels is the leading Hotel Group in Tunisia, with 17 hotels exceeding a capacity of 16000 beds.

SHG vertically expanded and is composed of Tour Operators in UK, France, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary and Poland. These companies operate over Tunisia, Turkey, Cyprus, Morocco, Malta, Egypt and much more destinations.
